Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Inspection and Approval
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If the item meets our return conditions, your return will be approved.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Since we offer Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed method (such as bank transfer or mobile wallet), and you will be contacted to arrange the details.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned after the specified timeframe.
Exchanges
